The examination and treatment by the dominant and harsh military, police or prison doctor is similar to the examination by the friendly and soft general practitioner.

But you didn't ask for an appointment like you did with your family doctor. At the military, police or prison doctor, you have to appear for examination and treatment because an authority has ordered it, and you must comply with the doctor's examination methods.

The fundamental difference lies in the dominance and harshness with which the military doctor will ask you to undress, to submit to the examinations. The military doctor will not ask you to do something, but will order you to do it. The doctor will insert an examination instrument or their fingers into your mouth or anus without being asked and without warning. The doctor will be less considerate of your shame, feelings, or sensitivity to pain.

The doctor has better opportunities to use special instruments or treatment methods and to recognize your preferences, limits and fetishes and increase the limits.
